Arriving at Suvarnabhumi airport and have a connecting flight onwards on Airasia from the same airport a few hours later. Was wondering if I can just arrange for my luggage to be transferred onto the following flight? Or do i have to physically pick up my luggage and re-check in for the airasia flight?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

You will definitely need to collect your bags, then pass customs. Then up to the 4th floor (departures) and check your bag in with AA.

Air asia what counter number is it to cambodia i know etihad is Q,just saves time looking for the counter , cheers
We took AA last week. Row D for domestic and E for international flights.
A long, long walk to the gates.
Air Asia is a point to point carrier. You have to collect luggage and recheck in. There is no service to transfer luggage to AA or other airlines.
Thanks for that cassandara
