Anyone else having trouble contacting Krabi Resort?

Hi

We have decided to stay at Krabi Resort as I like the location on the beach but I am having major problems contacting them. Over the last couple of weeks I have sent several emails using both their email adresses and their online contact form. I have not had a reply to any.

They are either very unprofessional or they are not receiving my emails for some reason. Has anyone else had the same problem? Cheers

Email is often not the best way to contact, you can check availability online without needing a booking just to see if rooms available on people like Beachsiam , sawadee and others.

You are right about location, it has been around so many years they got a great location years back.

I have also noted that online forms sometimes don;t go through well. Try a fax if you want to contact direct.

`Hi

We have booked to stay at Krabi Resort for a week in May. We did the booking through our agent in NZ and then I sent a email direct to reser@krabiresort.net requesting a certain room number. Received reply back the same day from a Mr Kiet. May pay to address your email for his attention.

Good luck

Probably better using the email address direct that online forms.

Krabi resort has some reasonable deals in May and onwards, their 7 nigth deal works out about NZ$ 108 with their stay 7 nights pay 5 nights deal, you have to pay a compulsory THB 290 each for breakfast for the 2 free nights but that is quite good, works oout about NZ$ 108 per night for 7 nights including tax, service and breakfast.

That%26#39;s standard room though, they have the bungalows also with the same deal, but the bungalows are more, works about NZ$ 115

We were thinking of staying at Krabi resort and also tried contacting them via the web site and sending emails, but received no reply. I could get a booking with Sawadee for the resort, so it might be easier to go through a booking agent if you are really keen on staying there.
