Hi! Will be going to bangkok end of march. I am trying to book tours online and found the Chang Thai Travel Agency to have the most competitive price. Does anybody know if this travel agency is reliable?

I don%26#39;t know about this particular travel agency, there are hundreds and hundreds of tour/travel agencies.
You can easily get tours AFTER you get to Thailand if you want. In Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai and Phuket just find the nearest travel agency to your hotel and check out their menu list of tours.
Almost all of the popular tourist destinations will be offered at these travel agencies. Ayuthaya, River Kwai, Floating Market, Safari World, Khao Yai National Park, Crocodile Farm, Dinner Cruises, City Temple Tours and lots more are are usually on their menu listing. Day tours, overnight tours, evening tours, etc.
Choose a tour the night before and leave the following morning. Sometimes find a tour in the morning and leave that afternoon or on an evening dinner cruise same day.
Tours are cheaper after you get to Bangkok than ordering them from a different country. Some hotels have tour desks too, usually the more expensive ones have those services.
Like I said, there are lots and lots of travel agencies in Bangkok providing tours. Tourism is big business for Thailand!
