I read Bangkok beauty forum. They were talking about this guy Chalachol in Sukhumvit area. Apparently a lot of them are dying to go there if they can afford it.

Another popular one is a Japanese salon called MOGA. There are 2 locations at Siam Paragon and Central World Center.

yes, Chalachol and Moga(Japanese style) are very popular. The price for hair cut is around 500-1000 thb depends on the level of your hair derssor (Thai or Japanese). The coloring price is much more. Chalachol has more branches but not all them are good (they are frenchise and cheaper). Moga has few branches, I prefer them more.

You can find trendy mens shoes from Zen at Central World too.
