I believe i am correct in thinking that if i get a tuk tuk/ taxi from Katathani where i am staying i can go to Chalong pier where i can hire a long tail boat to take me to Coral Island/ Banana beach?

any idea%26#39;s how much it would be from Katathani to Chalong Pier?

How much would it be to hire a long tail boat to Coral Island, probably just for 3 hours approx?

I hope I am also correct in thinking that Banana Becah is actually located on Coral Island?

Also, finally, is there any refreshment facilities on Banana Beach??

I have had the approx price for a taxi from Kata to Chalong Pier but if anyone can confirm that you do indeed get a long tail boat from Chalong Pier to go to Coral Island i would be very grateful.

Yes, you can from either Chalong Pier or Rawai Beach.

You are staying in Kata, and also on kata Beach and Kata Noi you can rent a longtail. Also from there they will take you to Coral Island, ie between November and April.
