Hubby %26amp; I will be there from 14th - 29th May... anyone interested in a meet up?

My wife and I will be in Phuket from the 13th of May till the 17th then off to Chaing Mai for a while. Back in Phuket from the 28th till the 3rd June.

Definately keen to catch up with fellow travelers for beers!! Just let us know..

unfortunatly we%26#39;ll miss most of u we arrive on 29/04/09 and leave on 13/05/09,we go on to singapore for a few days {to expensive for us}then we go to Batam for 9 nights.

Hi Mike, we get back to Phuket around 10th April and stay %26#39;til about 26th May. We want to get there in time for Songkran, which is 13th. Have to leave to get over to Adelaide after that for a birthday party.

Why would you want to spend 9 days in Batam?. You will get bored after 2 days in Batam. Nothing much in Batam. You will be better off extending your stay in Phuket.

the reason we%26#39;re doing 9 days in batam is my wife ';she who must be obeyed'; loves thailand but is bored with going there so many times over the years,having tried other places in asia to know avail because she says there not as good as phuket,but the search continues for this mystical place she graves for,it must be like phukers but not to much like phukers,now her friend has just come back from batam with more shopping than she can wear in a life time and ranting it%26#39;s like bali 25years ago. Why do i feel like %26#39;hear we go again'; the search goes on .

I hope there%26#39;s a decent bar near bye that needs propping up!
