Cheap hotel near Walking St and Boyztown

Hi could anyone help me find an affordable and clean hotel near Walking St. (or Boyztown) around 400 Baht a night?

It%26#39;s my 1st time in Pattaya. I%26#39;ll be visiting pattaya at the end of March for 3 nights. I need a room with a private shower, and an AC if possible? All for 400 Baht-ish?

Transportation is 10 baht by songthaew (baht bus) so even if you are not that close to your chosen haunt it is a cheap ride back to your hotel. Check this link out, Sawasdee Hotels. One of these hotels have some rooms that are around 400 baht.

Even with a walk in you should be able find a room pretty easy at the end of March. Maybe moving your target price up to 500 baht per night will help. There are fan only rooms that are cheaper.

New Star, on soi Honey Inn, offer rooms about 400 bahts with aircon, it%26#39;s 5-10 minutes walk to boyztown and about 15-20 minutes to walking street. BR Inn on soi 12 offer rooms from 400 bahts.
