Pratunam Budget Hotel

Hi, I%26#39;m just in the Citin and it is lovely. Very fair value for price. Excellent accomodation and quite new and perfectly clean.

I stay in Pratunam every time we go to bangkok due to our business and so far the best places there which we like are Citin hotel(near Bayoke) and PJ Watergate(across the road from Indra Regent).

Thanks for the reply guys.

You can also try this new hotel, here%26#39;s my review:

I pay about S$60 per nite with Continental Breakfast served. I booked via wotif.com.sg

Cheers

i know Citin Pratunam. but many taxi drivers don%26#39;t. you should tell them to go to Baiyoke Sky (tallest hotel in Bangkok). Citin is just next door.

Bangkok City Inn is a old hotel. but close to the BTS Chitlom, which means you can walk to Centralworld using the BTS sheltered linkway that takes you to Centralworld.

personally, i have stayed at P2 Boutique Hotel twice. it is a nice hotel at Petchburi Road Soi 33. next to Pratunam City Inn.

the prices are a bit more than Pratunam City Inn and i should say it is slightly above average pricing for a 3-star hotel. but the rooms are very nice and worth every Baht that you are paying. the service is also good, since it is a small and personal hotel with staff who remember your name and your needs.

only trouble is, if you intend to bring friends to stay over night with you, you should book the room and register 2 names (yourself and your friend%26#39;s name). otherwise, prepare to pay an additional 500B for the extra person. something i cannot comprehend.

if i book a room. it really doesn%26#39;t matter if i have 10people in it or not. i paid for it. and if i%26#39;m comfortable having 10people share the small space, then it is my choice.

but the hotel is safe and well guarded by attentive security guards.

i came back from a night-out in town at 4.30am and the guard was still awake to welcome me with a big smile. despite it being an insane hour for a tourist to be up and awake.

Pratunam Wholesale Market is a really good place to shop. things are cheap and i%26#39;m sure you will hit your baggage capacity with very little ease.

happy travels!!

i have stayed at citin. p2 boutique should score better than citin anytime.

i totally agree with P2 scoring higher than Citin.

perhaps that%26#39;s why many travel agents in Singapore don%26#39;t have Citin in their list of hotels.

i%26#39;m not pushing P2. but i%26#39;m only saying it cos that%26#39;s the hotel i favour when i%26#39;m in Bangkok.

i also hear Nasa Vegas is also a good hotel. my friend stayed there and he recommends that hotel.

Manhora Hotel (Suriwongse) is also very convenient to get to Silom, Chinatown, Patpong. but it%26#39;s a old hotel.

so many hotels to choose from. just take a stab. if it%26#39;s good, continue going there on your next trip. if it%26#39;s not good, then go to another one. at least you would have already been there already.

no use speculating on the net about the quality cos you will always be swayed and hence lose your own opinions. flow with gut instinct.

I suggest First House Hotel is within reached of pratunam center %26amp; platinum mall.

The location is great for people who are in Bangkok for shopping. The room was nice and big and comfortable.
