Flights & Connections

Hi all

I%26#39;m wanting to pick peoples brains if possible. We are flying in to bangkok on Eva Airways from LHR and are due to land at 15.05.

When we booked Thai Airways had a flight scheduled to leave for Krabi at around 18.50 and so we were going to book that flight. However it seems they have now moved it forward to 16.50.

I am obviously concerned this is a little short to allow for our connection. Our options now seem to be if we fly to Krabi.

Thai Air Depart 16.50

Air Asia Depart 17.05

I then wondered if flying to Phuket may be an option?

Thai Air Deppart 18.20, 19.15, 22.40

Air Asia 19.55, 21.20

Bangkok Airways 17.30

Having flown with Eva several times before we have always been on time give or take 15 minutes, however I appreciate that may be 15 minutes we don%26#39;t have this time round.

What do people think? Having read the forums some people have said it%26#39;s approx 2 1/2 hours from Phuket to Ao Nang by taxi. Is this correct? Part of me thinks if it is then an extra 2 hours taxi drive may not be a too bad pay off to guarantee our connection.
