We were in Phuket a few years ago and had great nights at Timber Rock and Jammin in Phuket Town.

Are these places still open and does Timber Rock still have live music?

How much would it cost to hire a driver from Patong for the night - say 7.00 p.m. until 12 or 1?

Timber Rock? Think you mean Timber Hut which is still open. Don%26#39;t know about Jammin. KorTorMor is another popular one in Phuket Town.

Best live band in Patong I think is in Scruffy Murphys on Bangla Road.

Timber Rock and Timber Hut are the same place. It changed names quite a few years ago although I forget which was the original name. Also as far as I know Jammin is still in operation.

Remember thinking that Timber Rock was absolutely buzzing - like someone had announced the end of the world....and everyone went out for one last party! It was crazy....

Yes, Timber Rock is a best place in Phuket Town.

Jammin is still closed, they tried to reopen after a fire, but they couldn%26#39;t keep running.

I%26#39;m with PhuketRex, Scruffy Murphys in Patong is a great place as well.

Good news! I saw the sign of Jammin in Phuket Town yesterday, They will reopen again at the same place today(March 14).
