Thank you for your quick reply!

I have tow Air Asia fly on same day with about 4-5 hours between the 2 flies. KK - KL and KL- PNN.

So what happen if the 1st Air Asia fly is delayed and I miss the 2nd Air Asia fly because of late arrival??

Tks.

from its website, the on time performance is 86%!

but you can check the compensation due to the delay more than 2 hours of scheduled flights here

i received an email from Air Asia 2 weeks ago stating that my flight time had been re-timed to 3 hours later than the original departure time that i booked in Nov last year. think you can send your inquiry to the mail below

but i think 4-5 hours should not be a problem. i experienced a delay for 4 hours once but most flights were on time
