Good place.

Large rooms, clean, balcony but no seaview (blocked by another building) large frig, inroom safe.

You have to like the location; it%26#39;s far from walking street, no problem for me, I drive a motorbike or car. Parking place is under the building.

Friendly service.

I stayed there several times now and reccommend the place.

I stayed there 1 year ago before new building went up.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, good staff and friendly service, in fact i still go to eat there occasionally. American family owned.New building next door has blocked the sea view now.

It was the biggest mistake to stay in that (I don鈥檛 know if I should call it a hotel). The pictures you see in their website are exaggerated and trick customers. Management and Staff are unhelpful and disrespectful. Rooms are filthy and you have to beg them to clean your room. Cockroaches everywhere even around the breakfast buffet. But thanks god I found better places on Soi Yansabai, Soi 18 and 17... Many apartments ... excellent deals, very friendly, very clean and well furnished.

I think the last poster got his places mixed up, he cant be talking about BJ,s in Soi 3 unless it,s been hit by a bomb in the last 2 months since i went there to eat.

Have stayed a B J%26#39;s serveral times no prob very clean rooms, management good, new hotel next door block sea view, food 6/10

I dont know why Mkadasa feathers are ruffled as i have honestly never had a problem staying at BJ,s, if he wanted to complain to the management he should have talked to the owner as he spends most evenings sat in the restaurant talking to customers and as far as i know they do not have a breakfast buffet, only freshly cooked food off the menu.

I agree. Stayed for 3-4 nights back in December and this place was great! Very clean room, nice hotel staff, restaurant food was very good, not an expensive place at all. Will be back.
