Sunday market will close 11 pm. but most of the shop will pack thier stuff around 10.45 pm.
The street will open 11.pm not over than that.

Le Meridien is next to Night Bazaar. This bazaar is open every night. If you only mean the Sunday Market, then you will have to take a tuk tuk from le Meridien to Sunday market, otherwise you will be too late.
