Banyan in Hua Hin

Has anyone seen the new Banyan ?

I know it is pool villas and there is the Golf Course but wondered about the villas and whether they overlook the Golf course or are just nearby.

Any golfers out there seen the Banyan yet ?

Banyan in Hua Hin

Hi Monica.

Have driven past it quite a few times, but not gone in. From the main road its looks like the villas have been laid out much like a normal estate and not overlooking the golf course but there%26#39;ll probably be a few very expensive ones that do. Currently there is an exhibition in the Village Market showing a small scale model of the place and looking at it this morning would seem as I%26#39;ve said.

They also have a web page which is

http://www.banyanestatehuahin.com/ which might be worth your looking at.

A golfing friend went there recently, and said lovely golf course but needs to mature a bit, rather expensive to play there (but are not most of the decent courses around here), nice clubhouse but again not the cheapest by any means for food and drink and no doubt the villas are expensive for what they are with suggestions of rentals at 5000 Baht per night for those that buy as an investment.

As a sidenote, been in town most of the day, had some very welcome rain but no wind so surprised to get home to the west of the town and found we must have had a very strong wind as many potted tree%26#39;s had blown over and my pool and carp pond covered in Frangipani and Bougainvillea blossoms which has taken me some time to clear up - and I was looking forward to a dip and a sunbathe!!!

Thanks so much, there seem to be so many places being built.

Glad you had some rain, I think it was needed !

Dy out the bourganvilia leaves and make a potpourri, there%26#39;s always a plus side !

I just arrived back from a golf trip to Hua hin. We played Springfield, Black Mountain and Banyan. All were beautiful but Banyan was my favourite. Took my breath away.

Sorry, can%26#39;t help with villas etc. though.
